Connection issues

If I could give them no star I would. The miss communication that comes from one of the biggest communications company in this country is pathetic. My internet as been down now for two weeks and nobody is getting back to me as to when is it going to be repaired or what the problem is. So I am now paying for a service I am not recieving.
