Connection issues and no service
<p>I have a normal phone line and we have mweb as our isp. We have been struggling with connection issues because of Telkoms fualty lines. But they do not fix the problem, they just refresh the line at xchange and then it works for 2 days then back to square one. When i phone no one answers most times. Other times they just say that i have to wait for a technition that never shows up.</p> <p> </p> <p>Really this is incredible how bad the service is. Telkom should be ashamed for calling themselves a business.</p>
This was said to me 3 days ago and still no service and no feedback. You are utterly the most pathitic company in the world. Just because we have no other option but to use your phone lines doesnt mean that you can do whatever you want to do. You are here to provide a service and your company will fall if this bad service continues. Make no mistake you are not the only company able to provide phone lines.
