Connection Issues

<p>I moved to my current residence in January 2016 & since then, I've basically been logging calls on a weekly basis with regards to my line being down. If you don't believe me, check my call logging history.</p> <p> </p> <p>Each time, the agent will reset the port, which sometimes work. Else I'll be told that a techician will be looking at it & get into contact with me.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. I've never had any issue with my existing hardware at my old address, so very unlikely the problem is on my side.</p> <p>2. A techician contacted me once. Once in 8 months. In that case, I was told the problem uis at the exchange.</p> <p>3. If I'm logging calls on a weekly basis, surely there must be some underlying issue somewhere because this is a recurring issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>I work from home & rely on my internet connection. Unfortunately, I don't have a business line so the turnaround time is 48 hours. I actually had to get a mobile contract just for the time my line goes down.</p> <p> </p> <p>Every time I speak to a consultant, I get an apology but this is now not good anymore. Telkom must fix this issue! And fix it properly!</p> <p> </p> <p>It's pathetic service & I know why, I'm just a normal person & not some big shot or company, so I can scream & shout as much as I please, there's no incentive for Telkom to care... Way too much effort for a company like Telkom to properly investigate & resolve an issue properly, just for a stupid, little customer...</p>
