Connection fee

Telkom is the worst . Got my account almost 3yrs now the first two years was an bless soon as i renew my contract with them i made the biggest mistake. Last month they never debit me so they tell me i dont have money in my account and need to pay R1450.00 to get my account sorted . Now with my Dec bill they charge me connection charges .now i must pay R850.00 . Im so tired of them and most of all im still waiting for someone to call me about my debt money to repayed to me. I will never go back to them after my contract finish. For 2 weeks now my line is on and off . Im tired of there services . Phone them 3 times and still not sorted out .
