Connection Dropping !!!

After upgrading my internet package multiple times, I decided to go for the uncapped version as I work remotely. As it turns out this was pointless AS THE CONNECTION DROPS EVERY 5 MINUTES. Not even strong enough a lot of the time to receive email!!! I don't know what to do anymore. ZERO STARS should be an option!
