Connection and Network

I bought 8ta Modem last year since then i've been battling to connect to internet i went to telkom shop they also could not help n they gave me the call centre number I called and assisted by Slindile Maphumulo a VERY Competent Agent, patiently within few hours i was connected since i had a network problem at home she made a follow up later to find out I can connet at home.I am very Impressed with her knowledge and ability to remember her diary to follow up.Big Up Slindile
