Its been 5 days now since I've logged a query about having a dead telkom line, I haven't got any update as to when this will be resolved or what is the real problem. I'm suffering a great deal since we use the internet as part of my business. Telkom's way of communication is not interactive at all they really care of themselves not the customer. Telkom really is bad when it comes to problems.

01 Sept 2017, 15:19Even today nothing and its more than just frustrating this issue. I just don't know what to do now. I get to believe now if one live s in a destitute or RDP area you will be ignored or pushed down as not important.

Just a simple feedback is enough to know what is going on. Now it is almost a month with no network and Telkom cares not................................ damn telkom you've failed me dismally...
