Congestion

This complaint was sent a week ago, I have not heard from Telkom since. ***<br> <br> Once more I am having issues with Telkom, every evening I have no Internet connection and I have had all my calls closed as resolved. I am currently paying for a service I am not getting and yet again it is an exchange issue. Telkom has once again impacted my bread and butter but again I've been given weird and wonderful stories as to why I'm not connected. Pathetic service from you Telkom.... Yet again...... I suppose you guys will probably be phoning me as to why I'm not going to pay.<br> Please refer to ***, 807cwk040416, 280CWK190316, 550cwk190216. All these calls has been closed without contacting me to find out if I still have an issue.... <br>
