CONFUSION WITH UPGRADE DATES

Confusion with my Upgrade. I called the call center 081180 and they confirmed that I do Qualify for an early upgrade since 9th August and was referred to ***3, when I enter my number on the IVR confirmed that I don't Qualify and also visited near branch and they told me I qualify on the 23rd month. I want an explanation...
