confused and unamused
<p>Since the launch of the iPhone 7 and 7 plus overseas I have been dying to get my hands on one.</p> <p>I pre registered the minute I saw that I could on your website. I was contacted and asked for all my details, i then proceeded to give my name, gave my ID number and confirmed that i earn more than R4500 a month and I was told that on the 14th I could go to my nearest telkom and get my phone on the contract that i wanted. This morning when i was contacted again I was told that I actually dont qualify for one because of my credit score being too low, which at the age of 19 is completely understandable. I was told what to do and after phoning my nearest Telkom mobile store - Bayside Mall which took 12 seperate calls to eventually get through to, I was told that they couldnt help me!?</p> <p>I then phoned back in utter shock to be told once again what i needed to do and that my order would not be processed today and i would not be getting the phone today and when i asked why, he said thats just the way it works. When i asked to speak to a manager to explain to me why after waiting and being told i qualified to then not qualifying at all, i was hung up on.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really really shocked with the service and the attitude i recieved. I am actually currently with Vodacom but was considering moving over to Telkom because your deals are great but after this Im so put off, clearly you guys dont need my business?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
