CONFUSED

I requested a callback on your website for a contract. I was contacted and they said 7-15working days for delivery of the phone. When I spoke with the consultant I CLEARLY CONFIRMED THAT THERE WAS IN FACT STOCK FOR THE SPECIFIC PHONE AND COLOR. The 15 working days are almost up and I keep on getting messages that you do not have stock and can not deliver. YOU ALREADY TOOK MY MONEY FOR THE NEW CONTRACT, but it doesn't seem that I will have the phone within the specific time period as per contract agreement.

IF I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE WITHIN THE 15 WORKING DAY PERIOD (which is within 4days) YOU HAVE NOT COME TO TERMS WITH THE AGREEMENT AND THEREFOR I CANCEL AND WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK PLEASE!

It is super unfair that I am paying for something I can not even use.

I trust you understand my frustration and will gladly refund me cant you deliver as promised.
