<p>I app**** for the June special of R199 for the LTE capped 15GB. I was pre approved and on Sarurday my account was debited with R199. Yesterday I received a sms saying my application was declined. A few hours later another sms saying I'm approved. I don't understand. I phoned your call centre and waited 25 minutes for the phone to be answered. I hung up rather. I sent an email for feedback. No response. Your service is totally unacceptable! I would rather cancel my whole application. Based on this service I will never apply for any telkom deals in future. </p>
