Conflicting Statements

This company has the best deals when it comes to data but the service you receive is pathetic to say the least.I complained to there CEO dept about wrong info I received and also there Network that is so slow in my area no date no one has come back to me,to speak to the manager at the CEO dept is impossible as I left 4 messages for him to date no call back.Also the staff at there call centre said to me when I am at a Wifi spot I can do my updates from there on my labtop but the staff at the Telkom shops differ from this.To try and get someone to help you is impossible,the branches blame the call Centre and the call centre blame the branches
