confirmation latter

Telkom failing to send confirmation latter stating IMEI number *** and *** for my lost Huawei P30 lite has been blocked. My insurance is picking up a different IMEI numbers *** and *** from their side which does not match the ones I blocked. I have called the call centre prepaid and contracted department numerous times and went to the Telkom store itself no one could help me.

Some of the agents I talked to is Nomitayise Monyeli and Ayanda Sosibo (who was very rude)

Till today im still battling to get Telkom to sent me conformation latter.
