Concerned Telkom customer

A port was done with my Telkom Sim card and my number went to mtn without my consent. I went to mtn to try and and get my number back n they said my number doesn't appear to their system I must go to Telkom.. I went to Telkom n they also said they can't locate my number from their system. I'm now forced to use a new number. Oh n it's not for the 1st time this has happened
