Concerned resident

I have reported a pole which is leaning into the road and getting worse by the day, ref ********** (the electricity department has confirmed that the pole belongs to Telkom). I was told by Telkom that if its not affecting anyone they will not attend to it. This is a road which has many pedestrians and vehicles continuously throughout the day. My concern is, is Telkom waiting for someone to be badly injured first before attending to it; or are you waiting for the ******* to ***** the cables from the pole. Wake up Telkom!
