CONCERN REGARDING CONTRACT TERMINATION

Recently, i received a call from a Telkom consultant who informed me that my phone contract would not end in June as scheduled. According to her, i would continue to receive data and minutes even after the contract period. however, when i expressed my intention to cancel the contract, she abruptly terminated the call. i am dissapointed by this level of service and would appreciate a resolution.
