Concern over Telkom account

Hi , I have a problem with Telkom. I've received a message on the 22/02/21 saying that I must pay R3912.02 on Telkom acc at ABSA into NuDebt Trust acc no ***,Ref ***. Then last week I send an email to NuDebt helpdesk asking for an assistance in this matter. My plea was to pay in a monthly basis for a certain period. Unfortunately on the 25/02/21 R2514.87 - Ref Telkom ***V210225 NAEDO Dr *** and on the 26/02/21 another debit order of R1676.58- Ref Telkom ***C200226 NAEDO Dr*** was deducted from my bank account. Since last year I' ve been trying to close this account but never succeeded so I real need help because it seems like Telkom need only money but doesn't worry about the one who is paying. I want to close this account with an immediate effect . Your assistance in this matter will be highly appreciated Regards Lenong
