concelation

i have been trying to cancel my laptop contract with telkom since February 2015 , when i took out this package last year November, they didnt bother to check for coverage. I did report this and they told me someone will contact me regarding my coverage. That was decemder last year.Noone was in contact with me then i went back to the store. I was then told by the manager in charge of the store that i should bring everything back and they will gladly cancel my contract.<br> I took everything back , completed a cancelation form and was once again told that someone will contact me to confirm cancelation ,that never happened. I was in and out of the store ever since and all they doing is logging new requests and giving me case numbers. They cant seem to give me any contact details for anyone that can assist me directly.<br> I had it with telkom as im still being billed for something i dont own anymore. I need someone that is serious in assisting me as im fed up now.<br> <br> the last case number i was given is. ***0 , i even have the copy of the cancelation form that i completed in the store.<br>
