Con artists

My account is still suspended even thought debit order went off the 15th of Jan 2024 for dec invoice and also for Jan 2024 invoice, why does allocation on the account take so long, I paid for a service in advance that is not active, am I getting the data and minutes that I paid for or is this forfeited, have been with Telkom for over 8 years and this is the shot service u receive con artist providers. Not the first time having issues definitely moving to to users and cancelling all 6 contracts I have with them
