I aplaud and compliment this store, in particular an employee that work there with the name Lufuno. I noticed two major faults on my internet invoice for the month. Lufuno went the extra mile, plus, plus, plus which under normal circumstances was not his responsibility and insisted to help me to solve the problem. He is really a valuable asset to TELKOM and add value to his employer.
