Compliment to Katherine for excellent service

I just want to give Katherine a compliment for the best service that I ever received normally the consultants could not tell us what to do and we gave up registering and today she guided me very nicely with what to do and she had so much patience.She also gave me different option about my package and she also got the sales guys to contact me. I just want to thank her because before speaking to her I spoke to another consultant and she did not have the time to listen she put me on hold and never returned and she refused to give me her name she said she will call the supervisor. Telkom needs more workers like Katherine
