Today I visited a Telkom store in Hemingways, I am incredibly pleased with the quality of customer service provided to me. A lady by the name of Lucia Sorensen showed dedication and great customer service. The professional manner in which she handled my query must be commended, she was quick and efficient, and throughout our encounter her smile never left her face. You can clearly see she takes pride in doing her work.
