completely useless
My telkom line was installed in JUNE it is now august it has never never worked. I have reported faults had them escalated etc etc spoken to consultants been into the store etc etc. I took a package deal which a was a lie, the cell contract is supposed to be 50 meg and 50 minutes of talk time and thereafter a top up system which it is not!<br> The complaint and customer support services are useless, the service is useless! I can't even cancel the damn thing! This service is the most irritating useless service I have ever subscribed too!
