Completely unnacceptable that you cannot get service from TELKOM, they are useless

BO SERVICE at all. My landline stopped working since Sunday, Mar 3rd. I logged the fault through Telkom Fault logging. Got a reference number. I called Telkom maybe +-4-6 times every day since and today is Friday, Mar 8th, still no feedback from Telkom. The call centre agents you speak to on 10210 cannot provide an update because the technicians cannot provide an update. How frustrating is this?
