Completely unlimited is a lie

I recently got myself a completely unlimited package. I understood that there is probably a fair usage policy. However, fair usage is usually them limiting your speed, in Telkom's case they state that your download speed will go down to 128kbps which is roughly around a 1Mbps adsl line. Telkom took a different approach. After 15 GB your \completely unlimited"package speed drops so much that Internet via Hotspot or directly on your phone becomes completely useless. A site will take roughly 20 minutes to open"
