Completely Frustrated - TELKOM

So, I contacted Telkom to assist in giving me a quote for a business line. A guy showed up to assist, took all my details and never got back to me. After contacting him I was told he was in hospital. So I got a new person from Telkom to assist, again gave her all our details set up a meeting etc only to find out today that she can't come and see me and asked that I go to her. Thats my first issue, how do you plan to do business with a company if the sales person can't even come to you. Then she cancelled the meeting and told me that she can't assist as the first person that helped me would need to get in touch with me, but he is still in hospital. All we want is a quote for business lines - this is ridiculous service. If this is the start of a business relationship I can tell you now that it has already left a very bad taste in my mouth. And this is just from requesting a quote. RIDUCULOUS!!
