Completely and utterly useless bunch of ********* who Thrive on deceiving people and refuse to cancel contracts once they have expired!!!!!

Do not ever take out a contract with Telkom!!! If someone calls and says they are from Telkom, run and definitely don't tie yourself with these *********. In fact do yourself a favour and avoid dealing them all together to avoid yourself unnecessary headaches, heartaches and just general terrible customer service. There are better options today and Telkom is definitely not one of them. It is impossible to cancel a contract with them and they have work arounds that will ensure you are liable for payments you don't even know. Their service is just horrible, their call centre and stores are useless. Telkom is a big bully that will soon see its demise when other players who actually know how to treat customers well continue to thrive. I absolutely regret ever taking a contract with them and I give heed to you to not do the same unless you are prepared to go through the same experience I did. Be warned customer, be warned. You are dealing with big professional ********* here with years of experience in deceit and being able to get away with it, so be warned. Don't ever tie yourself on a fixed term contract with Telkom. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
