Complete Service Failure !!!!!

Good day Please note i am sending this on behalf of your customer since he does not have internet connection. At the beginning of November my DSL lines were ****** and I requested replacement lines. The DSL installers were here 4 times since it kept being ******. I requested for fiber in September, and it took more than 1 month for fiber to be installed at my property. You only came to install on 12 November. On 17 Nov Vumatel came to install a box in the incorrect place in the house, and did not ask where we needed it. And due to this the signal strength was too weak because of the distance between my home office and the router. And when i requested that they move it to my office room, i was told that this would cost extra. And this after they never asked where i needed it!!! And i didnt agree. Then i told them i'll get an independent service provider to lay cable as an extension to my office room. The technician called Telkom to activate the migration, and he was told it would take 7 days (ref no ***, order no ***4-E***, another reference no i received was ***A, THE 1ST order no was ***A). To this day no activation happened, instead the call centre informed me that i canceled the order. Why would i do this after calling you so many times!!!! The agent who assisted was extremely rude and unprofessional, please listen to your calls!! Looks like the number called from Brits in North West. He actually threatened me to say that " I will see ill never get connected" What pathetic service it this!!! I then went to Telkom Cape Gate to explain the situation since this is urgent as my business is impacted. The branch told me to use my phone with the fiber until the internet is connected. You also deducted money already for no service provided!! My business is severely being impacted due to this, how do i get this resolved as a matter of urgency !!!
