Complete *********** staff

Telkom brooklyn mall is useless. Their service is slow to start with, then they let you stand in a cue for half an hour, they then send you away because the documentation you have is apparently not what they need. When you return with the documents they specified they send you away again for different documents! Three times this happened!

Useless!!
