Complete filth!!!

This has to be the worst business to work with. For months have not received feedback on my account and why I have incurred too much in monthly installments and when my refund will be paid to me after my account was debited twice in the first month of having the contract, I have been saying I will reverse my debit order and I mean it I will most certainly do so this coming month. I don't car how many times I must reverse my debit in order to get assistance or anything sorted for that matter.

I spoke to a lady by the name of Ruth her email address is: ********** and she instructed me to send an email directly to her and then to top it off she has not once responded to my mail. This is just another tactic to avoid their wrong doings.
