Complaints/logged issues not attended to

I reported an issue to Telkom on 11 Jan (Ref ********** ) and again on 27 Jan (Ref ********** 0). The status of these items are both still "Logged".

Though their products are good and prices competitive, I will not ever again take a Telkom product, due to the impossibility of having issues resolved.

There is absolutely nothing one can do to get service or attention - the Consumer Commission seems to be the only recourse.
