Complaints to Telkom

Telkom is useless....

I have called in months ago, I have been experiencing thee worst experience ever regarding a contact I took out with telkom. You have been debting me incorrectly for too many Months. Every time I call in all they do is blame the consultants for not doing this right and that right somethings as managers you should blame yourself (letoya and ventre Toni) this is for you. I truly wish that someone can teach you management s****s.

I have been billed over R3000 in less then a year for a contact I took out for only R249 a month.

I want answers as yesterday I can't keep paying for other people's mistakes.

Toni venter told me at the end of the day she would give me feedback and as till today I'm waiting from 20/04/2018. She is not responding to my calls.

Letoya I have spoken to her and my airtime cut and I had no calls back from her.

First time I took a contract and I've gotten the worst experience in my life.
