Complaints

Good morning I have been a telkom customer for 4 years but now I am very disappointed in the service they gave me .I called them for 3months asking them to cancel my month to month contract but they didn't do that on fourth month when I call complain since they will come to me they never did come to what they have done they disconnect my Sim card but I what I wanted for to do was to cancel the contract not to disconnect the Sim car because that sim card had minutes and airtime also data on it .but all those things I had to loose them all but at the end of the month they deducted the money of that contract.
