Complaints about telkom

I have been praying telkom for almost a year after my cell phone was ****** and haven't been able to get use of a contract. Now I have a wifi contract that I pay but I stop the contract because I don't have the use of the the simcard. I canceled the contract in January and I still pay a lot of money for a simcard that I don't have use. But I have to more and more every month.
