Complaints

We received the fibre telephone unit about a year ago. The telephone package was good but the unit has been a problem from the start. The sound is terrible and the line is constantly crackling according to my daughter. We assumed there was a loose wire in the handset. Went to Telkom and was told I would have to leave it there for 4 weeks. They wouldn't even swop the handset. Needless to say I was not impressed with that service. I was not leaving it there for 4 weeks. To say that this knd of service is beyond shocking is an understatement.
