Telkom is completely useless. I have been trying to get my ADSL line into a holding pool for Afrihost to take it over. I started on 23 July, it is nou 24 August and it is still not resolved. First they cancelled my ADSL line, instead of putting it into the pool, then they reinstated the line, coording to them and now it is still not done!!! BUT IF YOU ARE 2 DAYS LATE WITH PAYMENTS, THEY CUT OF YOU WHOLE LINE!!!!!!
