Complaints

<p>Telkom or 8.ta is the worst ever. I have cancel my acount over the phone which they then deducted amount from my account. They then cancelled it. But now they are trying to debit my account twice in march and april on which they are saying I'm owing money to them. I have case nr from Dec in whcih they will resolve and see that I have cancel it. They have now listed me on ITC. The worst thing ever is that they aren't coming back to me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have send many emails and ask to be phone regarding this request but they don't look at their emails to phone me back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom and 8.ta the worst serive ever.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want this to be resolve as in Yesterday!!! They need to remove this account from my profile and name!!!!!</p>
