COMPLAINT!!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I have not missed a payment and have been paying the way I'm supposed to, but then telkom has the audacity to over charge me an amount we did not agree on. I tried to call their call center number it's just disconnects and when I try to log a dispute its just disconnects as well. I'm very disappointed with telkom. Their service is poor and they don't care about clients, all they do is add things they did not discuss with you, then over charge you amounts that was not in our agreement. I tried to call all customer care numbers, it's like they not working but they tell you the last payment paid. I'm fed up with telkom!!!!!
