Complaint with Telkom falling on deaf ears

This is not the first time I'm complaining about Telkom. I had a query with my Telkom contract and have been speaking to different consultants and every different consultant gives me a different email address to lodge my complaint to for further investigation. To date I have not had one call from Telkom. I initially emailed my complaint for investigation on 5 Oct. Today is 23 Oct.
