Complaint to Telkom

On the 20 march 2019 evening, I bought data for R505 from pick n pay bedfordview. When i tried to load it I was told i cannot load it on my number ********** as my contract does does allow data vouchers to be loaded. I was advised by the call centre agent to go get my refund from Pick n Pay. The following day, morning i went to ask from my refund and pick n pay refused and said it is not allowed and Telkom is well aware of. So now i am out of pocket by R505 and both Telkom and Pick n pay are refusing to refund me my money. I have also a voucher that i cannot use anywhere, i tried calling Pick n pay customer care (call refence number - ********** 447) and they told me their General manager will call me and that has not happen up to now. However they advise that I should contact Telkom. So I am hoping as I amwriting this review that Telkom will do an honorouble thing and refund me of my money as i have not used the voucher up to now.
