How! Stupid useless service! Help lines don't work! Emails not answered! Phoned week before last, yes you can make payment arrangements... OK send email - the consultant never contacts you back! Okay so I decide cause my phones been disconnected I'll pay as I can - I pay R800. 00 so it's only R280. 00 something to pay end of month - so a friend loans me money - what does Telkom do? Takes the total of R1022. 00. Think I can now get hold of Them? On any help line! NO! (im not currently working due to covid! So that was my last money!)
