Complaint Telkom store at East Rand Mall

I would like to say the referral that Telkom gave me on the phone contract that i took with them To insure my phone with(Finrite insurance)at the store at East Rand mall Telkom ,Telkom staff failed to even assist me when I told them that insurance number is engaged When calling that landline they gave me attitude and told me these nothing that the could do ,what’s funny there are the ones that referred me to them and now I’m still without any assistance with regards to the claim I’m very angry and disappointed with how this is being handled
