Got Hp intel core i3 for my daughter on the 24th of Nov 2018 with notebook, MS Office, mouse and virus software (thats not working hence going back to telkom Package prise R399 per month

book dated 20 Nov 2018 to 19 January 2019 have all of the above excluding virus software

but it includes a hp notebook bag plus printer Also at R399

why was i not informed of the promotion. when purchasing the goods.

telkom never disclosed the spcial on the book or whats on their system.

why must i be deprived of the hp bag n printer. because Lanie at Telkom did not inform me of promosion.

Telkom is just taking people for a ride. Telkom Menlyn confirmed that the book came out late and there sysyem was not updated. HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM TELKOM
