Complaint Regarding Delayed VOIP & Phone Application

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent application for a VOIP service and mobile phone.

I paid the required deposit and was expecting timely feedback and delivery. However, it has now been over a week without any meaningful response or update. Despite several attempts to follow up, including multiple phone calls and emails, I have not received any communication.

I was initially informed that the Samsung Galaxy A36 5G was available, but later advised that only the Samsung Galaxy A26 5G was in stock, which I agreed to. Unfortunately, even after accepting this change, there has been no progress on delivery.

Additionally, I was assisted by Silindile Nene, who indicated that she would follow up with me. It has now been three days without any response from her.

This level of service is highly disappointing. I kindly request an urgent update on my application and delivery status, or alternatively, a clear resolution to this matter.
