Complaint: Poor Treatment and Unauthorized Use Of Personal Information

I contacted Telkom to arrange for relocation and installation service on behalf of the company that I'm working for, as we were moving to a new office.

During the process, i provided my personal details, which were requested so that the installation team could contact me upon arrival.However,it appears that the ownership of the package was incorrectly changed to my personal name.

I Phoned Telkom numerous times they are not assisting me they keep on transferring me from one department to another this as happening for the past 7 days, i even went to the store store they said they cannot assist me.

While still at the store i found out that they have my banking details of which i don't know how they got them because i did not gave them anything that has to do with my banking details.
