Complaint on poor service

My debut date is the 25th each month but telkom never goes in my account on the 25th but on the 15 then charge me a penalty for them not debiting on the 25th. I've called several times and their *********** consultants will promise that the next debit will be in the 25th then to my surprise they don't debit. They even gave me options to pay cash so I don't get affected. Now they've debited yesterday and I don't even have the energy to call for the nonsense they respond with.

May I have someone compete assist.
