Complaint on Hello Peter is rep**** to and then ignored

<p>A whilke ago I wrote a complaint on Hello Peter about telkom refusing to cancel my line and still charging me. I had a wonderful email tell me it was complete and I must tell them how much i need to be refunded. I reply, and hear nothing. I then have continued to recieve invoices and have a negative balance on my account. Why is this happening? I have sent countless emails back to this person and tried to call and get help from call center with no luck. This is a joke Telkom. </p>
