complaint number 5 SM158389

I received a call from telkom after my last hello peter complaint. I was advised that my line will be cancelled with 30 days notice. The last time i spoke to an agent in October to cancel i was told i could not cancel as i needed to cancel my adls first and then email [Email Removed] once it is done so the line can be cancelled as they cannot cancel until the adsl is cancelled. Now i must pay for November for a line i am not using in a house i no longer live in. I will not pay for November so please back date the cancellation as agreed in the first place. I want this sorted out before the end of the week!!! i am tired of your useless call centre
