Complaint not solved after a month!!!

<p>Having the worst service ever from Telkom mobile!! I lodged a complaint on 6 Sept. 2016 .Reference number ********** 6 refers.Today 21 Sept. it is still not sorted out.Was advised by their consultant to rather use Vodacom until they sort my account out! Ihave spent a total of more than 3 hours on the phone with their customer care, made a total of 9 calls to your customer care!,with no end in sight!<br />Telkom mobile,never again!!<br />Time to let the world know about the pathetic service you have given me!!</p>
